TenderDecode pulls the National Treasury OCDS feed, extracts CIDB grading, 80/20 or 90/10 preference points, briefing, closing date, validity, and returnables from the actual document, then scores it against your grade, B-BBEE level, and provinces.
Public data, PDDL licensed. No eTenders login. Heuristics first — an LLM is optional, never required.
SA tender inboxes are already full of keyword alerts. The work is inside the PDF — CIDB class, preference system, a briefing you cannot miss, a pack of SBD/MBD forms.
